Would you ever start a clothing business, but put no clothing on the racks until a customer came in and purchased something based on your verbal description?
Or what about a new food shop…that offers pictures of all kinds of yummy fruit that you can order, but can’t actually see, touch or smell before hand because the shop can’t stock any food until they sell some?
Can you imagine a doctor or chiropractor setting up an office, but not having any exam tables or medical tools because they are waiting to purchase them until after they have a few patients?
Product inventory is part of the cost of doing business. Business supplies are part of the cost of doing business. Every business has costs associated in order to set it up, do it well and do it right. In network marketing we are lucky…product inventory/samples are really our only cost of doing business. Do you know any other business situation that costs around $500 to begin and less than $200 per month to operate.
In addition, network marketing success requires that you set an example for your team. If the best practices behavior is the have a monthly autoship every month, then you need to do that and lead the way. You set the tone for your team by your actions and by your mind-set. An abundance mentality with no fear of investing in your future, sets the stage for abundance in you business. A scarcity mentality does the opposite.
When you treat your network marketing business like a business, it will begin to pay you like a business.
When you treat it in any other way, it will pay like…well you know…it won’t pay at all.
In network marketing your autoship is your cost of doing business. It is not an optional expense for those who are serious about making money. When you decide that you are going to treat your home business like a business, you will treat your monthly autoship like a required business expense. If you are working your business correctly, you will likely use up almost all of your products EVERY Month!!
In fact, just by committing to your monthly autoship qualifications you are assuring a more committed behavior in the day to day operations of your business. You now have Financial Motivation to get out there and make some money. It moves from an abstract thought to a quantifiable reality.
The truth is that if you have a mind-set of scarcity, then scarcity is what you’ll get. If you commit to the cost of doing business because you know in your heart that the money is flowing to you, then guess what you’ll get?
