The one most important decision you can make for your entrepreneur business success at time of year is….
I know …it’s the time of year when every email you receive seems to have the Magic Bullet to prepare for 2015 and a year of prosperity.
Certainly there are many things entrepreneurs can and probably should be doing right now for business success..but what I’m about to tell you is different.
I don’t want you to get stuck on taking stock – making goals – creating visions. Outlines, daily plans, yearly action steps are all wonderful, but they are not the ONE most important thing.
Are you ready to hear it?
The essence of silliness is continuing with actions that are not moving you consistently down the path towards the success you desire or the joy or freedom that makes every day a delight.
Better to STOP.
UNDERSTAND.
READJUST.
(Maybe you are doing great in which case
I applaud you!!!
Keep GOING!)
But even this is not the most important Thing.
The Thing is:
(Drum Roll Please………)
Surrounding yourself with people who are both doing well with what you want to do, and
who are working on similar types of patterns or growth options.
Wait!
Before you think it’s too simple or even silly keep reading while I explain.
If you’ve read anything about business success and growth you know that you become like the people you spend the most time with. This is particularly true in entrepreneurship. Your actions, time spent, mindset, openness, drive – all start to mirror and also grow from the impact of those with whom you interact.
Sometimes entrepreneurs and home business people take this to mean they should hang out only with those doing similar things – artists with artists, bloggers with bloggers, marketers with marketers, etc…
Instead, the value of coming together a few times per month in a mastermind type group is enhanced when people have different focuses, yet similar drive and commitment!
Thus…
The MOST important thing you can do right now is to find a group to meet with at least twice per month, who is striving, expanding, growing, questioning just like you!
That is the reason I created the
Entrepreneur Business Success Club Mastermind Team!!
It’s for people like you who may not desire private coaching right now, but are out on their own definitely requiring a community for interaction, inspiration and of course, a place to get any of your business growth, marketing, money making, mindset and meaning questions answered!
I’ve created this for you, whether
you are struggling,
or you are on top of your game and would love the energy of interacting with other entrepreneurs in a dynamic forum!
The EBSC Mastermind Team costs less than dinner and movie for two once per month
though the value is more like semester in University or a trip overseas!!
We meet in person twice per month for questions/answers and in depth Masterminding,
and online as often as you need through the group forum.
There are private group tools for Inner Game work and marketing structure and video trainings
along with the EBSC Mastermind Team Facebook group.
Take Note: The EBSC Club Only option is NOT for you if you
require or desire more in depth one on one coaching, or if
you prefer to whine and procrastinate rather than
be action oriented and proactive!
EBSC Club Only Mastermind Team gives you access to everything the Entrepreneur Business Success Club full-on Members get, except for private coaching.
There is no reason not to take advantage of this inexpensive super Team Masterminding.

Spot on!!!!! I knew there was a reason I resonated with you.
Too many entrepreneurs are trying to create in total isolation and it doesn’t work. Yes, your biggest decisions come in solitude and are yours alone to make but that doesn’t mean you have to be alone or can’t have a resource of people who are distant from your choices that can offer a different perspective.
Your mastermind is a brilliant idea and I will be looking into it.
Keep up the great work Deborah and I look forward to finding ways to benefit you!!!!
Have a great weekend.

Total isolation is indeed an issue, and one many who work as solopreneurs or internet marketers or other home based businesses, get trapped in!
There are lots of reasons you resonated with me Don.and me you!! LOL!!
I believe we are going to be “hanging out” a bit more in the coming year..and sharing our mutual wisdom and well synced energy in a wonderful open forum to engage others – and even alleviate some of that solitude that often migrates from great to weighty.
I sincerely appreciate your assistance in spreading the work about the Mastermind Team. Let’s talk more about it soon too!
Warmly,
Deborah

Hey Deborah,
Boy, I couldn’t agree with you more. A couple years ago I was in a weekly mastermind group with five other ladies. We each had knowledge in different areas and we each supported and helped each other.
Last year we had to disband the group mainly because we were all getting so busy with the direction our businesses were going that we couldn’t find the time to meet. This is the beauty of it though.
Two of us have gone on to create our own products, one has become so successful with her network marketing business, one’s business has become so successful she doesn’t have time for anyone but her clients and the other one is fixing to move out of the country and venture into an area she’s always wanted to do. We have all supported each other and prospered so you are right. You need to surround yourself with those who can benefit and help you grow.
I have no doubt that your mastermind group will benefit anyone eager to take their business to the next level. I probably should get back to finding another one myself. Maybe I’ll look into that next year.
Thanks for sharing this and I know yours is and will be an ongoing success.

Hi Adrienne!
I know most who were in the group of 5 you speak of. All quite wonderful women and interesting, successful entrepreneurs! We cannot do this work in a vacuum. Not only do we deserve a masterminding energy with which to brainstorm and learn – we also require companionship that happens off the screen.
I have many online friends who I only know online. It’s quite amazing really when I assess who I feel close to, yet have never met in real time. Then there are those who we’ve taking the time to at least get on the phone, or talk more deeply through private emails. And then for me, there are the people I consider my go-to’s. They are the entrepreneurs, spiritual seekers, world peace proponents who resonate deeply with my dreams and values and who I engage with for advice and re-energizing.
Entrepreneurs must surround themselves with others who are walking a similar path and also those they seek to emulate. That is the purpose of the Mastermind Team – combined with a forum in which to ask any questions which arise -from inner personal growth to Facebook marketing tricks to how to package and price products and services to goal setting, accountability, etc…
Success is a function of seeing what is possible and learning how to make it so. When we work alone without a tribe or a coach or a team, we can get so very stuck in our own spinning vortex and not even realize.
Thank you again for stopping by and sharing your story and thoughts Adrienne!
Warmly,
Deborah

This tip Deborah is far and away one of the easiest ways I’ve manifested such a cool life. I surrounded myself with folks who live a cool life, and learned from them. Kelli and I just booked 4 more months in Bali. Heck, we’re house sitting there! Really, really neat, a 4 month house sit in Bali, starting in February. We did a 4 month house sit in Fiji last year. How many pro bloggers on earth, can say that? Nobody really, especially blogging tips bloggers and personal development bloggers, as we are.
So out of like 7 billion people on earth and a gazillion bloggers, we’re doing cool, earth-shattering stuff that nobody else is doing, and that’s because we surrounded ourselves with folks who were doing stuff that nobody else was doing. I see you, and Don above, and I just latch onto you. All winners here, and successes, and super high energy people who pay attention to detail, so I’d be a fool for not listening to you, and not hanging on to your every word. Success breeds success and if you want to speed up the breeding process, surround yourself with people who do neat stuff.
I tell folks, pick my brand now….because even though i love blogging to death, I never know the direction I may be headed in. I am in love with doing podcasts and interviews and also love doing videos, so who knows what the Universe has mapped out for me, in these areas? My blog content i evergreen, but as far as coaching and freelance writing, well, and even the blog itself, network with me now, let’s chat and help each other, because gaining access to someone who’s done stuff that few on earth have achieved is a priceless gift. Not because I am priceless per se – although I am kinda cool lol – but because I know specifically, and practically, what to do, to mold a world-renowned life.
Deborah, love this message! Some think it’s silly, right? Yep, those are the guys sitting on the sidelines, or, scratching their heads when they see success and simplicity smacking them right square in the noggin. You know better and Don does, and I do. Success breeds success, so hang with the successes, learn from them, and feed off of their infectious positive energy.
Well, I hope to have infected a few folks today with this comment, ha!
Thanks for sharing 🙂

Deborah Tutnauer says
Hi Ryan and Welcome to my Blog!
There are so very many aspects to success – but walking the path alone is NOT one of them. I appreciate you putting me in a grouping with Don Purdum. We have become friends through our blogs. back and forth online interaction and time on the phone. I agree with you that Don and I and you have a similarity when it comes to embracing detail, relationships and the importance of community.
I have loved Blogging from Paradise since I discovered it, mostly because your brand is so consistently clear and I have learned to be more consistently my brand in my writing, from watching you. In fact, synchronicity being what it is, last night I outlined a new blog post for this week. It this year’s post specifically full of gratefulness for those who have impacted my life and work in 2014. There in the outline is a section for you, talking about clarity of brand and consistency. Lo and Behold, I write the outline last night (nothing online yet) and I wake up this morning to a comment from you along with a couple of tweets. Pure coincidence??
So, the point is….when we surround ourselves with an energetic community and fill our hearts with belief and commit fully to our actions…magic happens. I truly believe we make our own luck. A large part of setting the stage for our dreams to come true is not allowing ourselves to get lost in the minutia of “how to” and instead to learn by immersing within a culture of doers.
Thank you Ryan for your thoughtful comment and sharing my post on Twitter. I look forward to the unfolding of our friendship.
Warmly,
Deborah
