Foundation of Entrepreneurial Success – How the Foundation of One World Trade Center is a Mirror of how to create a successful business as an authentic entrepreneur

Work finally began on the One World Trade Center building in April 2006.
By the end of 2007 it appeared that NOTHING had changed. There was no building to be seen. Passerby’s saw nothing different in the space where the old Twin Towers had stood until that fateful horrible day – 9/11.

But here is the secret, so aptly illustrated by the process of building One World Trade Center….
The tallest buildings require the the deepest and most substantial foundation.

Sure you can build a two story house on a slab-on-grade. You can build a little taller than that with a simple basement. But when you decide to build a one of the tallest skyscrapers in the world by golly it’s got to have a foundation the likes of which have never been constructed before.
The “building” that is underground, beneath One World Trade Center is 1/3 the size of the entire Chrysler Building in NYC. It is a 500,000 square foot structure.
